Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition you received them
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Batting Gloves Policy (Important)

Due to the performance nature of our products, batting gloves are only eligible for return within the 30-day window if they meet one of the following conditions:

  • The gloves are ripped or damaged within 30 days of use
  • You were sent the wrong size or incorrect item
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

Batting gloves that show normal wear and tear or have been used outside of these conditions are not eligible for return.

Other Products

All other items are non-returnable if they have been used. Items must meet the original return eligibility conditions listed above.

How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent. If your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original product (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet all return eligibility requirements.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
